The Sharonville, Ohio, mega-church was in constant need of space to expand its ministries and community outreach services. The church purchased an adjacent 100,000-square-foot warehouse in the industrial park where they were located, to fill their current and future space needs.

The warehouse was subdivided into three spaces. The first phase of the project was to develop a 30,000-square-foot Healing Center to provide food, clothing, and consulting services for the church’s community outreach programs.

The second phase of the project was to provide a space for the Youth Ministries away from the main church, giving kids a space of their own, away from the grownups. The 29,200-square-foot space provides worship space, dining facilities, classrooms and office space as well as a large indoor recreational space where kids can play, rest, shoot some hoops or just hang-out.

The remaining 40,800-square-foot space is reserved for future expansions and additional ministries.
