Tilsley Architect’s is at the epicenter of creating a world of designer living amongst the hills of Mt. Adams. TA introduces a unique collaboration with The CitySide team to fabricate an entire series of LEED Platinum rated residences. The first phase of the design series consists of four custom built townhouses. Rear balconies overlooking the river, downtown Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky with a roof top terrace offer stellar views from every height. Design thoughtfulness was the leading force behind creating these single-family homes with awarding-winning style. While the first phase of this project is sold out, phase two will begin shortly and will feature three more townhomes mirroring even more elegance and class.
